“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” – Proverbs 3:5‭-‬6

This is by far one that helps to not do any harm for those who may be down for the moment. Meaning, Trust in the Lord that he is guiding you to the right direction in life. For whatever you are going through now, is temporally and that he is watching and will get you through it.

Psychology 

Which got me to thinking that psychology is pretty much a scam. Yes, they are supposed to provide help towards people who are in stress, but there is a big scam behind it. Basically, what I’m aiming to is that if you are stressed, Trust God and not Psychologist. Why? because God is guiding you to the right direction. He didn’t stress you out for no reason as he does everything for its purpose. Psychologist just listens and gives advice, but it doesn’t heal as it wants more money from you. It may keep you in a loop to keep going to one.

Trust God and eat healthy as it’s the most helpful guide I can give you. Eating healthy is a healer to the body and a medicine too. If you are stressed, the nervous system is going to rely on proper food, to continue to function correctly. Also, it matters what the stress is being caused from. For example, if it’s from anxiety, then besides eating healthy you need to do what causes you to have anxiety. But regardless of what, during stressed times, the food is the main healer as I like to think of.

Summary

Overall, keep in mind that God is guiding you when you are stressed, and you need to feed its healing foods as he provided to you. Meaning, don’t eat foods he didn’t provide. Eat only natural foods. Also, you can get help from a psychologist, but don’t get stuck in a loop. Just go one time for advice and that’s all. Well, you know your health and what you need. My only suggestion is changing your diet and keep it healthy.
