“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” – Philippians 4:6

I want to focus on the part where it says, “Do not be anxious about anything,” well I just want to say this is harder than it seems. Anxiety controls our life and separates the weak from the strong. But, realistically speaking, how can you not be anxious about anything? It’s not like a choice that we have from eating red apple from green apple. But it is a feeling that takes us to the roots of our strength.

Most athletes fail at being the best because they are anxious of competition. For example, boxers get afraid they are going to lose and end up losing because of it. Almost all of athletes fail because they are afraid to begin with. Now the secret from strong to weak can be summarized in just one moment. The moment is when you encounter someone who has anxiety. If you get anxiety because of someone else, then you fall into the weak and anxious life that will take you off of the ring and into the seat.

Good Cause

Now, if you are really not afraid and not getting anxious than you fall into the strong side of life. Keep it that way and use your strength for good cause.

People who get afraid usually have been afraid since a kid and now just knowing it. Most afraid people are afraid throughout their life, and this is why it’s good the year we are on Earth. As everything has gotten easier in life, dealing with anxious situations is very easy now than before. Many years ago, you couldn’t avoid being anxious if you had it in your heart. Today, you can find alternative ways to deal with a situation to hide from your anxiety.
