As fans are loving it, this Crumbl Benson Boone’s Moonbeam Ice cream Cookie is staying on the menu for one more week. Now everyone has 1 additional week to enjoy this cookie as it is available for a limited time. I love the box that it comes in which has his autograph on it and nice blue color to the box. Just to mention that even though this is called Moonbeam Ice Cream, there really is no ice cream on or in the cookie. It doesn’t even taste anything like ice cream.

However, if you are wondering just why it is called Moonbeam Ice Cream? That is because it is based on one of his songs which has to do with it. Otherwise, no ice cream flavors in this cookie, nor does it contain ice cream.

Crumbl Cookies Benson Boone’s is Melty

If you are cravings something melty, perhaps this cookie will be just it. As you bite into it, everything just melts in your mouth and there is really nothing to crunch to. Perhaps, mixing this with some real ice cream would be just a right fit. There is this tiny crunch that comes from one of the frostings but almost as if it is not crunchy.

Taste 

Overall, it just tastes like brownie and vanilla mixed together. However, it has this silent marshmallow taste that comes and goes.  Kind of has like blueberry and blue raspberry notes of taste too but just vanilla and brownie dominate.

Heavy Cookie

Loaded with 920 Calories for one cookie along with 70g of sugars which makes it almost a meal replacement. Heavy on the calorie numbers and sugars which work for me as it is so delicious. This cookie goes great with energy drink.

I miss the Afterlife cake cookie from crumbl which was based on the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Film.
